The research question of this project is what the LCM framework is, how it is implemented in BAE and how effective it is in order to achieve successful project management. The aim of this project is to analyse which are the key components of the LCM framework and how this is implemented in BAE Systems. In addition to the above, an assessment will be illustrated based on the data that are available about the effectiveness of this process in managing large and complex engineering projects. An attempt to identify future hazards that could have an impact on the LCM framework will fully address the research question.

Katerina Andrianopoulou was born in Lygourio of Argolida, Greece. Mrs Andrianopoulou has an MSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Patras and an MSc in Project Management,Finance and Risk from City University of London.She is currently working as a consultant and studying for her third MSC in Applied Science and Technology in Agronomy.
