This is a somewhat fictionalised recounting of the 'Ganja Trade'.  How marijuana, grown in Jamaica, arrives in the United States and Europe.   It is the nuts and bolts of it, and the people who are involved with it, their lives and thoughts.This is why certain persons never are caught, questioned, or held in suspicion.  It isn't corruption, it is wise planning.
